Many of our patients are receiving long term treatment and are eligible for ‘repeat prescriptions’. Usually, we see these patients every six months, although for some conditions and often at the start of a new treatment, this may be more frequently.

     If your pet is due more of their usual medication, please contact us no less than four days before you would like to receive them. This may be done by completing the form below or calling us.

Please note we ask for at least four working days’ notice, so that we have the opportunity to order this. Also to ensure that the medicine is still appropriate for your pet, please arrange a recheck if necessary.

 

    For routine flea and worming treatments for patients already under our care, we ask you to try to give us four days notice. We accommodate all requests as far as possible.
