The health and safety of our patients, clients, and community remain to be our priority.  We are making adjustments according to the NHS regarding COVID-19.

We wear face masks/face shields and shoe covers during home visits. After all appointments every single used item will be properly disposed and all other equipment will be disinfected and sanitized with Defra approved veterinary disinfectant.

​

We want to keep the human-animal bond at all times, but we will not be disrespectful of the current situation. We will be maintaining a safe distance and avoiding unnecessary contact with pet owners. We will be doing home visit appointments in backyards and in garages whenever possible.  

​

Also telephone consultation is available, especially for those homes where vulnerable family members are shielding or in self isolation. If the pet needs further physical examination, we will book a home visit with you and in this case there will be no additional consultation cost, though the standard travel charges will apply, as well as any treatment and diagnostics as indicated.

If you have an appointment but you or a member of your family has symptoms of COVID 19, or is in isolation, please let us know as soon as possible.
